This project involved an addition and remodel of an outdated, atypical modular home. The scope included the addition of four bedrooms, a two-car garage, office, children’s play area, and main living open floor plan. The addition was to the front and left side of the existing structure. The main level living room was located upstairs to capture views and minimize the structural footprint. The mass was broken down into two forms and exaggerated by color and material differentiation.
