This commercial building was designed to maximize commercial square footage on a property that previously looked small and dilapidated. On-site parking, as well as improving site and sidewalk conditions, were all addressed during design. The playful use of building forms and siding materials all make this project a great “upgrade” to Steamboat’s downtown community.
