An existing industrial building was remodeled into an office and manufacturing building. A sky lit circulation spine was developed to provide clear circulation to the rear half of the building while allowing natural light to penetrate the interior building core. Office and conference rooms open off the circulation spine with windows and doors capturing natural light. The result is a well received, functional, architectural focal point.
