Site constraints and a need to maximize usable square footage drove the location and planning of the Crestone Warehouse. Snow storage, parking, and landscaping were intertwined together to maximize the building’s footprint. This Warehouse building was design to maximize unit flexibility, allowing each owner to have the option for either increased headroom below, and office above, or a two-bedroom condo above making it a live/work space. Service entrances and customer entrances were designed to remain separate and not interfere with each other.
